Ugandan model and social media personality Kisitu Kirabo has issued a public apology following the circulation of her private videos on social media without her consent.

In a statement released to the public, Kirabo said the videos were recorded in a private setting and were never intended for public distribution. She described the unauthorized leak as a deeply distressing experience that has caused her emotional pain, embarrassment, and significant psychological strain.

The model noted that the incident has also affected her family, friends, and supporters, many of whom have expressed concern since the videos surfaced online.

Kirabo said she regrets the circumstances surrounding the incident and is prepared to take responsibility for any consequences arising from it. She further revealed that she is cooperating with relevant authorities to identify those responsible for the leak and ensure that appropriate action is taken.

She also appealed to the public to stop sharing or reposting the videos, emphasizing the importance of respecting privacy rights and human dignity.

“The videos were recorded in a private environment and were never meant to be made public,” she said, urging internet users to refrain from contributing to their continued spread.
