Jolly Mutesi Unveils Luxurious Home Worth Up to Rwf 1 Billion

Former Miss Rwanda, Jolly Mutesi, is finalizing the construction of a  Luxurious Home in Kibagabaga, Kigali, estimated to have cost between Rwf 800 million and 1 billion.

Videos circulating on social media show the 29-year-old beauty queen stepping into her expansive home, which features multiple bedrooms, a swimming pool, ample parking space, and a spacious outdoor area. The two-story mansion, built on a large plot of land, has been under construction for more than two years.

According to sources, Mutesi entrusted a construction team with over Rwf 800 million to oversee the entire project until completion, though other reports suggest the total expenditure may have surpassed Rwf 1 billion.

Mutesi first rose to prominence in 2016 when she won the Miss Rwanda crown and went on to represent the country at Miss World, becoming the first Rwandan to compete in the prestigious pageant. While she did not secure a victory, her participation elevated her profile both in Rwanda and across the region.

In recent years, Mutesi has frequently made headlines, including for her rumored relationship with Tanzanian businessman Lugumi Saidi. Pictures and social media posts fueled speculation about the romance, though neither party has publicly confirmed the details.

Beyond personal life and public appearances, Mutesi has remained a notable figure in Rwanda’s entertainment and cultural landscape, often engaging in initiatives that strengthen her influence both nationally and continentally.

With the completion of her luxury residence, Miss Mutesi further cements her image as one of Rwanda’s most prominent young women balancing fame, business, and lifestyle.
