Several Countries Ready To Give Iran Nuclear Warheads After US Strikes: Putin's Top Aide
Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev claimed on Sunday that a "number of countries" are ready to supply Iran with nuclear warheads

Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev claimed on Sunday that a “number of countries" are ready to supply Iran with nuclear warheads after the US joined Israeli strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities earlier on Sunday.
The US forces on Sunday struck Iran’s key nuclear sites—Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan—in the first such attack since the 1979 Iranian Revolution. The US joining the ongoing Israeli attacks have further escalated tensions in West Asia, with Tehran vowing a “strong response."
“A number of countries are ready to directly supply Iran with their own nuclear warheads," said Medvedev in an X post, adding that the US attacks on three Iranian nuclear sites led to the opposite result from what President Donald Trump had set out to achieve.
Medvedev further said, “enrichment of nuclear material — and, now we can say it outright, the future production of nuclear weapons — will continue."
Medvedev, serving as Deputy Chairman of Russia’s Security Council since 2020, added that “Iran’s political regime has survived — and in all likelihood, has come out even stronger," asserting that Iranians are “rallying around the country’s spiritual leadership, including those who were previously indifferent or opposed to it."
Iran Warns US
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, in a statement broadcast on state television, warned the United States to “expect regrettable responses" following its strikes on Tehran’s nuclear facilities.
Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei also warned of retaliation “without delay."
Hossein Shariatmadari, Khamenei’s representative, told Iranian media that the first step would be a missile strike on the US naval fleet in Bahrain, along with the closure of the Strait of Hormuz.
“It is now our turn to act without delay. As a first step, we must launch a missile strike on the US naval fleet in Bahrain and simultaneously close the Strait of Hormuz to American, British, German, and French ships," Shariatmadari was quoted as saying by Iran International.
