Kagame, Egypt's Al-Sisi hold bilateral talks in Cairo
President Paul Kagame arrived in Cairo, Egypt, on Tuesday, September 23, on an official visit.
Kagame was welcomed by his Egyptian counterpart, Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, to Al-Ittihadiya Palace, where the two Heads of State are now holding tête-à-tête discussions before being joined by members of their respective delegations for an expanded meeting.
