Fardc Accused of Killing People in Ituri,The members of the local parliament in the Ituri province of the Democratic Republic of the Congo request that the troops who recently attacked and killed residents of the Aru territory be tracked down by Kinshasa.

In conclusion, the MPs that came out claimed that the crime occurred over a period of four (4) consecutive days. This murder took place from April 20, 2023, to April 24, 2023.

The military commander in charge of the Aru Territory sent these men into the countryside on Friday, April 21, 2023, to apprehend the people who have a land dispute, according to Jean Claude Draza, one of his deputies, who was the only one to explain why the killings began on that day.

“We are in Ituri, in the group of Obianzi, the sheriff of Lu, three unidentified individuals who were wearing FARDC uniforms killed seven people and injured many others,” deputy Draza stated. The Military Inspectorate in Aru despatched three troops to arrest the villagers on April 21, 2023, about eight o’clock (2:00 AM), before they committed these crimes.

The claim that these soldiers were sent at night and that it was a civic matter is refuted by deputy Patrice Autsai. “The land issue is a civil issue that should be resolved by other civilians,” he declared. In theory, it is improper to send soldiers out at night to make arrests.

We are in the regions of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kinshasa, which are frequently the scene of bloody killings. The Fardc soldiers carried out this action, which appears to have changed their visage once more.
