Sydney, Australia – Aged 27, Australian OnlyFans content creator Annie Knight has been hospitalised after a shocking attempt to break a personal record by reportedly having sex with 583 men in just six hours.
The controversial event, organised in Sydney, was initially planned as a performance aimed at showcasing what she described as her “physical capabilities” while also generating explicit content for her platform. Knight originally expected around 200 participants — but the number skyrocketed to 583, leading to a medical emergency.
Shortly after the event, Annie exhibited symptoms of severe blood loss and trauma to her genital area. She was rushed to hospital where she received emergency care. Dr Zac Turner, a general health specialist, commented on the incident, warning that such extreme sexual activity poses serious health risks.
“The human body isn’t designed to undergo that kind of physical stress in such a short timeframe,” Dr Turner explained. “While sex is a natural part of life, exceeding physical limits can have dangerous consequences for both the body and mind.”
Annie, who had reportedly been using medication to manage pain and prevent bleeding, was unable to withstand the cumulative toll of the event, despite prior preparations.
Following her release from hospital, Annie posted a statement on social media announcing a break from adult content creation, saying she would be focusing on her health.
“I’ve realised that my health has to come first. I need time to recover and restore my body,” she wrote.
She is currently recovering with the support of her boyfriend, Henry Brayshaw, and says she is now prioritising their relationship and a more grounded lifestyle.
Despite stepping back from the spotlight, Annie remains financially successful. With an estimated monthly income of $200,000 and ownership of four properties, she continues to rank among the top earners on OnlyFans.
Her story has sparked renewed debate around the physical and psychological costs of extreme content creation in the adult entertainment industry, particularly as creators push boundaries for attention and profit.
